Dr Sean Gabb, Director
Dr Gabb has degrees from the University of York and from the City of London Polytechnic and from Middlesex University. He has more than twenty years of experience as a teacher, in universities, in schools, and face-to-face in the home. He is also an examiner in Latin and in Classics for the OCR Examining Board.
He is the author of more than twenty books under his own name, including a course in Greek and Latin, reading books in Latin, a British Government report on truancy, and an overview of the law affecting home education in the United Kingdom. Also, writing as “Richard Blake,” he is the author of more than a dozen historical novels, mostly published by Hodder & Stoughton. These have been translated into Spanish, Italian, Greek, Slovak, Hungarian, Chinese and Indonesian.
He is currently Director of the Centre for Ancient Studies.
